I’m constantly reading members e-mails and forum posts with suggestions in regards to this site and in general feel grateful for the variety of input I receive concerning possible ‘tweaking’ what we do in order to improve Digital Desire.

Occasionally I hear things I really already know and sometimes they are things we never thought of and really should.

I’m often pleasantly surprised to hear certain comments. On more than one occasion last year I had members begging for more close-ups of faces—a request that I was delighted to hear but am also aware of the limited number of girls who truly have the skin and the flawless face to merit such treatment.

If they all looked like Victoria Valmer the face close-up would be a staple good every time.



But, regardless we love shooting the mug up close when it’s right.

Another request that I’ve been submitted on several occasions is to slow down the undressing and give viewers more fully dressed and seductive undressing poses. Again, I love this. In my heart I adore shooting the softer images and do believe a woman’s best possession might be that what she’s hiding underneath. But again, these shots are often better with the right girl.




If they were all built like Andie we’d forever be salivating with just the tease.

I’ve also heard recently from several members to shoot more girls with pubic hair and more ethnic girls. “Why is every girl shaved?” a longtime member recently asked, and another inquiry, “Why are you posting so few Black and Asian girls, are you guys prejudiced?”. When I get these questions I do get more than a bit stirred up. If there’s two things I love it’s ethnic girls (I’m married to one) and pubic hair (oh, I miss it so).

When our models first come in they are usually shaved bare, much to our dismay. For a girl to grow a good crop if hair it actually takes about a month not to mention that many of them would flat out refuse to do so.

When we saw Betcee’s southern fur we were instantly more compelled to shoot her. We only can dream we’d see more of that.



Furthermore with the racial thing—we wish so, so much we’d see more ethnic girls—we just get a very small percentage of Black, Hispanic & Asians actually coming in for interviews.

Trust me, if we had more ebony babes like Gia Lashay, or Chinese beauties like Katsumi walking in our doors we’d be shooting them constantly!







I got an e-mail last week from a gentlemen asking us to shoot more videos where the girl actually engages the viewer as if she’s stripping and playing with herself for him. He pointed out to me how enticing it was if the girl appeared to be masturbating just for him.

My reply was simple—we try to make our videos as genuine as possible and unfortunately it’s a small percentage of our girls who can pull that off with authentic sexuality and grace. “Believe me,” I told him, “We do it when we can, when we have the right model.”

If all of the girls had the sexual poise and savvy that Heather does in her recent Dreamflicks video (where she lulls the viewers into a wanting frenzy) we’d do it with every girl.




But finding the perfect girls for this is a tough one—either they are too shy or just too over the top (xxx girls almost always are).

Hopefully this column won’t discourage anyone from writing us with their comments and suggestions. We do listen to your input and more than anyone you’re who we hope to please. But always remember, we don’t make these girls—we work with what we get and try and do the best we can. We’re always open to your advice but so often regulated by the girls we’re shooting.
